HOW DOES THE SHOPPING CART WORK?
When you are ready to order or are just considering making an order, you can add items to your basket at anytime by clicking the - add to the cart - button (be also aware to choose various options for size and printing surface where is available) located next to any artwork for sale. This will take you to your cart, where all of your basket items are stored. You can navigate around the site, and come back to your basket at anytime by clicking on the basket icon next to the search bar at the top of the screen.
WILL ITEMS REMAIN IN MY BASKET BETWEEN VISITS TO IOANNISANTONIADIS.COM?
All items will remain in your basket until you either make a purchase, remove it from the shopping cart or the item sells out. Sometimes it pays to be quick!

All our the work sold on ioannisantoniadis.com is available in extremely limited quantities, so if this has happened, someone beat you to the item. Sorry!
IS VAT INCLUDED IN MY ORDER?
Lucky you we don't charge VAT because we are not VAT registered!
IS SHIPPING INCLUDED IN MY ORDER?
Shipping is included in the price for all orders shipped in Mainland UK free of charge (exception to Ireland and Islands). Hooray!
MY PAYMENT HAS BEEN REFUSED, WHY?
Often payments are refused because the user has entered an invalid credit card, expiry date or security number. If your transaction is rejected, please check you card details and try the transaction. If something still doesn't work, contact us and well help you through the process.
I HAVE PLACED AND ORDER, WHAT HAPPENS NOW?
When your order is placed, it is relayed to our team who pack the item with care and ship it to you as quickly as possible.
DOES OFFER FRAMING SERVICES?
I am afraid not at this stage. Maybe in the near future..
I WOULD LIKE TO BUY AN ORIGINAL WORK, BUT IT IS NOT FOR SALE. WHY?
Only a fraction of all artwork submitted on ioannisantoniadis.com is available for sale as original. Most of the works are available as prints. We certainly can inform you for a particular artist if an original suddenly becomes available if you leave details and artists that you have particular interest.
HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE FOR MY WORK TO BE DELIVERED?
Framed artworks and small prints usually are delivered between 7 - 10 days. Allow 3 weeks approx. for delivery for Canvas as the process requires a week's time for naturally drying varnish. If you require your piece sooner, please contact us and we will do everything we can to get it to you sooner, although this cannot be guarenteed.
WHAT DO I DO UPON RECEIVING MY PIECE OF ART?
Before signing for your piece of art, please check all external packaging for damage. If you are happy with the condition, please sign the paperwork as 'in good Condition'. If there is visible damage or you suspect there may be damage then please accept the delivery but sign the paperwork as 'damaged goods'. Please then contact us to arrange for the piece to be collected for return.
When opening your package, please take care and allow for possible movement in transit. Once open, it's very important that you retain all internal and external packaging in case the piece neeeds to be returned to us.
I AM BUYING THE PIECE OF ART AS A GIFT - CAN YOU WRAP IT?
Due to the size of our art, we are unable to offer a gift-wrapping service.
HOW DO I ARRANGE A RETURN FOR A PIECE OF ART WHICH HAS BEEN DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?
If your piece of art needs to be returned due to to damage in transit, please contact us and we will arrange a suitable day and time to collect the piece. The art will need to be wrapped in as much of the original packaging as possible, and the piece placed back into the external packaging and sealed (Please note: our courier service cannot collect and return to us, without this external packaging). If the external packaging has been disposed of then this needs to be relayed to our member of staff upon initial contact.
CAN I RETURN A PIECE OF ART?
As each piece of art we sell through the website is made bespoke to your requirements, we are unable to accept returns once your art has been paid. For more information, please see our terms and conditions.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Cancellations cannot be made once the product is paid online.
